Biofuel is kind of fuel extracted from non-conventional energy recourses. Bio Gas, Biodiesel are some of the examples of Biofuel. Biofuel is extracted from Bio Mass. Bio Mass means anything that is in Biosphere such as Animals, Plants and their products. Conventional fuel has limited sources. We are consuming them with great rate. As we know, the fuel pricing are reaching sky. Inventors state that conventional sources would become extinct by next 3 decades. Also they do pollute our Earth in great extent. Energy is the basic thing we need to do anything. So we are looking forward for greener energy. Biofuel is a successful way of greener energy. Biofuel is being used in some of places over globe from last few decades. Bio Gas which is extracted from Cow’s Dung, Plants’ Organs and Household Trash is used to lit household burners, heaters. It is also used to power up some industries too. People living in rural areas install Bio Gas Plant near to house. Bio Gas plant helps farmers to get green energy at no extra cost. Biodiesel is an industrial fuel. It can be made from various seeds having more content of oil. Biodiesel can be mixed in proportion with normal diesel. The good thing is, no modification in vehical’s engine is required to use biodiesel. Ethanol extracted from Sugarcane can be mixed with Petrol and used as good fuel. Biofuel is one of the possibilities of getting uninterrupted green power in our future for requirements of our energy needs. |
